If you haven’t already seen the announcement on our social media or received an email, we’ve got some big news to share today! Edugo has been acquired by Docebo, a leading learning platform provider. Docebo serves 3,300+ enterprise organizations from AWS to Zoom.
While we are excited to join Docebo as they strive to reshape the future of learning, we know this impacts you, our valued customers.
We will be using this community to share information, answer your questions, and keep you updated as we go through this transition.
The good news is that Edugo expects to continue operating and providing the same level of service you know and trust. However, we will need to temporarily suspend access to the Edugo platform in order to optimize its stability, security, and performance. During this time, we will also be working toward enhancement our generative AI capabilities for better content and course creation.
Platform Access: Existing customers will have access to the platform through June 27, 2023. We anticipate that access may be restored as early as Q4 2023. During this maintenance period, learners currently enrolled on the platform will not have access to their accounts or the course content previously created.

Subscription Fees: We expect to reimburse subscription fees to all active subscribers. When we reopen the platform, we expect that your subscription will be reactivated, and your access restored.
‍Stay in the Know: While we work to upgrade the platform, the community will stay active so you can continue to engage, interact, and utilize the community as a reliable source of information. We will also be sending out monthly newsletters to ensure you are kept up-to-date as the upgrades progress.
